Practical tips
- Quote your customer number.
If you are calling for the first time, we will create a customer number for you. You must provide your name, address and telephone number for this. Let us know if you have a mobile number or an email address. - Tell us the complete journey you want to do, even if you know that part of it will involve using a regular service or a train. We can then allow enough time for your transfer.
- Other information we need to plan your journey:
- When do you want to leave (date and time)?
- Where will you get on and off?
- Will you be travelling alone or with others?
- To cancel your reservation, call the dial-a-bus exchange in advance.
- Is the control panel closed when you want to cancel? Then pass it on afterwards during opening hours. This way you avoid a fine and / or suspension.
