The general assembly approves the annual accounts and discharges the board of directors for the execution of its mandate.
The general assembly comprises the owners of the company shares. They are:
- the Flemish Region (81.6%)
- the provinces (6.8%)
- the municipalities (11.6%)
- private individuals (0.1 %)
