How do you buy a ticket on the app?

Open the app and click on ‘tickets’.
Choose the type of ticket you need
Log in or create a De Lijn account.
Click on ‘Buy’ and check your surname and first name. Make sure that they are exactly as shown on your identity card. If not, your m-ticket will not be valid.
Go to ‘Payment’ and choose Bancontact, Payconiq, Visa or Mastercard.
If your payment is successful, you will be returned to the ticket screen in your account. Your new m-tickets will be shown under ‘Purchased’. Only activate them when you need them.
