Return ticket

With a return ticket you are entitled to 2 journeys. On each journey, you can change bus or tram* as many times as you like within 60 minutes (after first use), and then complete your ride.

* Return tickets are not valid on Limburg express lines.

How do I use my return ticket?

From now on you need to scan your ticket

Our travel passes have been held on a MOBIB card for some time. Now it’s the turn of the other tickets: they too are held on an electronic card (a different one from the MOBIB card) rather than a magnetic card.

• Scan your ticket whenever you board or transfer, near the driver or at a scanner further down the vehicle. You can use as many buses and trams as you like within 60 minutes and then complete your ride.
• You can also use your second journey on another day.
• Do you want to know if your ticket is still valid? First press the info button on the scanner and then scan your card. You’ll then be able to see how long your ticket is still valid for.

Good to know

• Got your mobile phone with you? Then you can pay for your journey with your phone by text message or download our app for a m-ticket.
• The card expires three years after the issue date.
